How It Works
Call or book online. We set a time that works for you and any family members who want to be there in person, by phone or by video call.
Walkthrough. We go room by room with you and talk about how the home is used day to day. A typical assessment takes 1 to 2 hours.
Written recommendations. You always receive your results in writing: a checklist with notes and clear, prioritized suggestions, from simple fixes to larger modifications.
Your decision. If you want help with the work, we can handle it. If not, the recommendations are yours to keep.
The assessment is led by Ralph Veloz, a Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist, retired police officer and former builder.
